Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy

At Dyar Situations Bartending, we take pride in creating handcrafted cocktail mixers and specialty products in small batches. Because our products are made with fresh ingredients, we have the following policy in place.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. We cannot restock or resell items that have left our possession.

Refunds

Refunds are not offered for products that have been opened, consumed, or purchased in error.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup. To help us resolve the issue, we may ask for:

• A description of the problem

• Clear photographs of the product and packaging

If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for perishable products. If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us and we will work to correct the order.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund if cancellation is requested before production begins. Once an order has entered production or has been prepared for pickup or delivery, it cannot be canceled.

Custom orders and special event packages may be subject to separate cancellation terms that will be communicated at the time of booking.
