Important Information
PSA: Additional fees may increase the end charge for your event. Each package comes with 1 hour of setup, 3 hours of service, and 1 hour of teardown. Additional service hours are billed at $150/hr. For travel, there is a fee of $25/50 miles. Dyar Situations Bartending is capable of handling more than 100 guests; however, due to staffing, prices will vary depending on the additional people needed for each event.

The Single Pour Package is our foundational tier, perfect for intimate gatherings of up to 30 guests. Ideal for showers, small business events, and private parties, this package provides a seamless and professional bartending experience of up to 3 hours.
It includes a full bar, setup, and cleanup. You’ll also choose a curated selection of 2–6 pre-decided drink options, which may include standard cocktails, beer, and/or wine.
As a dry hire service, a customized alcohol shopping list will be provided to ensure you have everything needed for your event.

The Party Package is designed for larger gatherings of 30–60 guests and is an ideal choice for business events, large showers, and smaller weddings up to 3 hours. It also serves as a great starting point for wedding bookings.
This package includes full setup and cleanup, and a custom drink menu featuring 3-6 selections. Options may include standard cocktails, custom cocktails, beer, and/or wine.
Mixers, garnishes, and a displayed menu board are all provided to create a polished, cohesive bar experience.
As a dry hire service, a personalized alcohol shopping list will be included to ensure you’re fully prepared for your event.

The Signature Situation is designed for larger events of 60–100 guests, making it an ideal choice for weddings, galas, and high-capacity celebrations up to 3 hours long.
This package includes full setup and cleanup, and a complete bar experience featuring standard and specialty cocktails, mocktails, beer, and wine.
Mixers, garnishes, and a displayed menu board are all included to create a seamless and elevated presentation.
As a dry hire service, a customized alcohol shopping list will be provided to ensure your event is fully prepared.
